NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A CLASS J LIQUOR LICENSE Notice is hereby given that Buds Flower Shop, LLC, dba Merle’s Flower Shop, at 626 Seward Street, Seward, Nebraska, has filed an application with the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission for a Class J Liquor License in accordance with Section 53-134(7), Revised Statutes of the Nebraska Liquor Control Act. The City of Seward will hold a public hearing concerning the issuance of said license at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, in the Council Chambers, 142 N 7th Street. All persons desiring to give evidence either verbally or by affidavit in support of or in protest against the issuance of said license may do so at the time of the hearing.
