Please take notice that on or about April 5, 2021, Gary Wergin purchased a Seward County Treasurer’s Certificate of Tax Sale (Certificate No. 2022-052) on the real property legally described as: LOTS 9 AND 10, BLOCK 1, TAMORA DAILEY’S SECOND ADDITION, SEWARD COUNTY, NEBRASKA The said real property was assessed in the name of Kevin and Jeane Dahl and was sold for taxes and/or special assessments for the tax years of 2019 (2ND) and 2020 (FULL) in the amount of $97.21. Subsequent taxes may have been paid and interest may have accrued as of the date of this notice. The issuance of a tax deed is subject to the right of redemption under Neb. Rev.
