Volleyball
Chair yoga will be offered Wednesdays and Fridays at 12:10 p.m. at the Utica Senior Center. There is no class the third Wednesday of the month.
Different yoga classes are offered weekly at the Milford Senior Center, led by Kelly Haney. Offerings include: Adaptive Yoga on Mondays at 9 a.m.; Assisted Yoga on Wednesdays at 9 a.m.; and Next Level Yoga on Fridays at 9 a.m.
Memorial Health Care Systems will host a flu shot clinic Thursday, Oct. 3, from 1-2 p.m. at the Milford Senior Center. You can download the flu vaccine form at www.mhcs.us to bring with you. You should also bring your insurance card.
The Seward Memorial Library will host a free afternoon movie, a 2024 action thriller, on Thursday, Oct. 3, at 1 p.m. Feel free to bring snacks and a drink. Visit sewardlibrary.org for more information.
Visitation for Linda Lehr will be Wednesday, Oct. 2, from 4-8 p.m. at Hoffmeister Colonial Mortuary in St. Louis. The funeral service will be held Thursday, Oct. 3, at 10 a.m. at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Saint Louis. Interment will following at Concordia Cemetery.
