There was none. 3. Discussion Items 3.1. Emergency Operation Plan Dr. Dominy discussed the School District of Seward's Emergency Operations Plan. 3.2. Strategic Plan- Review Strategy 5 Dr. Fields discussed our strategic plan strategy 5. He asked the board their thoughts on how they would like to move forward. Dr. Fields also discussed the future bonds for the district. 3.3. High School Water Wells Dr. Fields and Adam Dowling discussed the wells at the high school. We currently have fine sand in our well on the west field. 4.
