The following actions were taken with motions properly carried. Approved: consent agenda, approval of Economic Development Plan for Utica, resolution 2024-6 LB 840 renewal, to move old picnic shelter, to take down wooden playground structure, to purchase items for Trunk or Treat, to enter contract with Iowa pump and to adjourn at 7:26 pm.
